The duct hose can be held on with duct tape or screws. \u003cbr\u003eThe tube is made out of 1\/8\" abs plastic that is designed with an overlapping assembly. This guarantees no air leaks. For maximum efficiency the tubing can be covered with firewall insulation. This will ensure the cold air stays cold, and the hot air stays out.\u003cbr\u003eThe tubing dimension is:\u003cbr\u003e36 inches long\u003cbr\u003e2-1\/4 inches wide\u003cbr\u003e1-5\/16 inches tall\u003cbr\u003eThese dimensions are the tube only, when the duct hose is added at each end it will increase the size.\u003cbr\u003eWe designed these tubes for a project in our facility to route airflow through the headliner of a vehicle. They worked very well without loss of airflow and vent temperature.
